Getting ready to ride home, but what is on the menu?

Speed Racer!  How do you like those wheels?  Flashy eh?

Yes this shot was taken right outside my office door in the museum.  I am proudly sporting my new t-shirt and what is that that I am holding?  A menu in the museum's collection.  It is also one of my favorite restaurants in the most magical place on earth.
Any guesses?
