runDisney asked why do you run? You know my answer "for the love of Disney running!" It does not get any simpler than that. Of course I also love how it makes me feel, in addition to it being an escape, a way to improve my health, just plain fun and a way to enjoy being outside. I love meeting and inspiring others to be more active. Oh my goodness the list could go on and on. Anyway...right before the WDW Marathon runDisneyTV caught me before I set off to run my dream race. Watch this and see how I feel about the WDW Marathon in a nutshell (back off Chip and Dale...this is my nut)! [hint: I am at 2:13]

WDW Half Marathon - Donald '13

I made my Alice in Wonderland inspired runner friendly costume for this race. I don't think I will ever do an apron again. Functionally it did not impact my running, but it was a pain for pictures. When I remembered I felt the need to fix it since it shifted right and left. I was thrilled Alice recognized my efforts!
